Position Summary: Responsible for ensuring efficient supply through comprehensive management of procurement and imports, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and traceability. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of imports and procurement to ensure supply. 2. Ensures compliance with customs and regulatory requirements (INVIMA). 3. Management of documentation, cost calculation, and financial traceability. Department: Administrative * Education: Technician or Professional degree in International Business, International Trade, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum two (2) years in import management, procurement, and customs or regulatory procedures. Job Mission Ensure continuity and efficiency of the company’s supply chain through comprehensive execution of procurement and import activities, guaranteeing strict compliance with customs regulations, INVIMA regulatory requirements, and accurate documentary and financial traceability throughout the process. Main Responsibilities: * Customs and Logistics Control: Validate import declarations (ensuring consistency across customs, commercial, and logistics aspects), manage nationalization documents (packing list, conformity certificates), and maintain continuous follow-up with customs agents and the logistics operator Logicall. * Regulatory Management (INVIMA): Review, organize, prepare, and translate technical and commercial supplier documentation required for INVIMA procedures. * Operations and Recordkeeping (Word Office): Enter invoices from foreign suppliers to ensure financial accuracy, and create/update brands and references in the system according to the FCE. * Cost Calculation and Settlement: Prepare, collect, and control import cost documentation to ensure correct settlement and archiving. * Quality and Minor Procurements: Complete, consolidate, and safeguard required quality inspection and control forms, and manage minor domestic procurements (stationery and supplies).
