Emphasis on quality, security, and compliance with standards **General Description and Responsibilities** We are seeking a Project Analyst (Scrum) to support our development teams’ management, facilitate organization, ensure team cohesion, and monitor each member’s progress using the tools provided by the company for this purpose. **Responsibilities:** * Address requirements or requests submitted by innovation teams. * Ensure compliance with security standards defined and enforced by the company. * Comply with regulations outlined in the company’s internal work rules. * Supervise service delivery to ensure minimum quality standards are met. * Conduct retrospective and review meetings, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the assigned team. * Properly utilize assets, access credentials, platforms, and other tools provided by the company to carry out responsibilities. * Develop metrics for improving the development team and projects. * Guide the Scrum team in organization and self-management. * Ensure compliance with the ANS (Normative Technical Specifications) of the Development Department. * Respond to internal client requests. * Support escalation of support ticket cases. * Serve and strongly support the Project Leader. * Verify that reported issues are addressed by management. * Verify that reported incidents are addressed. * Verify that agreements resulting from reviews and retrospectives are fulfilled. **Requirements:** * Knowledge and experience working with Agile methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Scrum. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Technical knowledge and/or software development experience. **Qualifications:** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration. **EXTERNAL:** 3+ years of experience in similar roles. **Knowledge / Skills:** * Data analysis. * Proficiency with office productivity tools to deliver clear reports. * Focus on delivering valuable outcomes. * Strong communication skills. * Critical thinking. * Teamwork. **Location**: Medellín **Salary**: COP $4.200.000 to $4.500.000 **Some Benefits:** * Hybrid work model. * Additional vacation days. * Time off on special dates. * Excellent work environment. * + Some benefits are subject to terms and conditions.
