If you enjoy leading teams, maintaining operational control, and guaranteeing quality experiences through every preparation, this opportunity is for you. You will be tasked with organizing and directing kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with standard recipes, excellent food presentation and plating, as well as appropriate management and scheduling of raw materials. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and guaranteeing efficient and orderly processes. Your leadership will be essential to inspire and develop the team, promoting continuous training in culinary techniques, presentation, and best practices, ensuring compliance with operational guidelines and delivering an exceptional service experience. Availability to rotate between the two Bogotá locations. Schedule: Monday to Saturday with rotating shifts (including availability to work Sundays and holidays when operationally required) Salary: $3\.400\.000 \+ Non-salary allowance $300\.000 \+ Transportation allowance \+ Meals Contract: Fixed-term for 1 year, with possibility of renewal. 100% on-site work Apply now!
