We are seeking a creative Corporate Chef with strategic vision, strong leadership skills, and a results-oriented mindset, responsible for leading, standardizing, and optimizing the company’s culinary operations. This role will be pivotal in developing innovative gastronomic proposals, ensuring brand quality and consistency, improving operational efficiency, and guaranteeing compliance with health and safety standards—delivering distinctive and consistent culinary experiences across all business units. Key Responsibilities * Design, standardize, and update corporate recipes, technical specifications, and menus. * Ensure dish quality, presentation, and flavor across all locations. * Supervise and audit kitchen operations to ensure adherence to standards. * Lead, train, and evaluate kitchen staff. * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), health regulations, and occupational safety and health guidelines. * Participate in supplier selection and evaluation of ingredients. * Develop new products and gastronomic proposals aligned with the brand. * Coordinate with administrative and operational departments to achieve shared objectives. * Prepare management reports and performance summaries for the culinary department. Job Requirements * Degree in Gastronomy, Professional Culinary Arts, or related field. * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in culinary leadership or corporate roles. * Solid knowledge of recipe standardization, costing, and inventory control. * Proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), health regulations, and food safety processes. * Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. * Planning, analytical, and decision-making capabilities. * Willingness to travel between locations. * Preferred experience in restaurant chains, hotels, or franchises.
