Ensure the highest gastronomic quality and operational efficiency Prestigious hotel located in Chía, Cundinamarca, is currently seeking an Executive Chef who meets the following profile: Minimum 2 years of experience in this role at mid- to upscale hotels; formal education in gastronomy or related fields. **Job Mission**: To direct and supervise all kitchen operations—from menu planning to food preparation—ensuring the highest gastronomic quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with the most stringent hygiene and safety standards. The mission is to create exceptional dining experiences for guests, thereby enhancing the hotel’s reputation and profitability. * **Culinary Management:** * Develop, plan, and implement creative and innovative menus for all hotel outlets (restaurants, room service, and events). * Supervise food preparation and presentation across all dishes, ensuring consistency and quality in every service. * Stay current with the latest culinary trends and industry developments to propose new offerings. * **Personnel Management:** * Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team (cooks, sous chefs, assistants). * Schedule shifts, assign responsibilities, and evaluate staff performance. * Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
