Position Summary: Responsible person for maintaining cleanliness, order, and proper functioning of the facilities, including supply management and reporting of incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain the cleanliness and order of the facilities. 2. Waste management and inventory control of supplies. 3. Support beverage service for meetings and visitors. * **Position: General Services (Bogotá)** * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM * Salary: $1\.750\.905 plus transportation allowance and social benefits * Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract * Responsibilities: Perform cleaning and disinfection of offices, workstations, meeting rooms, kitchens, and other common areas. Maintain company facilities in optimal condition regarding order and cleanliness. Carry out proper collection and disposal of waste according to company policies. Prepare and serve beverages (coffee, herbal teas, water, etc.) for visitors and meetings when required. Promptly report damages, incidents, or maintenance needs identified in the facilities. Monitor inventory of cleaning and cafeteria supplies, timely reporting replenishment requirements. * Academic Qualification: High school graduate * Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience Work Location: On-site employment
