General support for kitchen operations We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant with hot kitchen experience for a restaurant located in the Hayuelos sector of Bogotá; this is a part-time position (39 hours per week), Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off, on a fixed shift from approximately 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.; the candidate will be responsible for preparing hot kitchen dishes, managing cooking surfaces, controlling cooking times and temperatures, and providing general support for kitchen operations, complying with good manufacturing practices; we offer an employment contract with all statutory benefits and **approximate monthly income of up to $1\.900\.000**, including base salary, transportation allowance, and overtime premiums (night and holiday shifts) as stipulated by law.
