We seek candidates with certification and/or technical training and at least 1 year of experience in Italian cuisine to fill the position of KITCHEN ASSISTANT. Required Profile: * Minimum 1 year of experience in Italian cuisine. * Knowledge of pasta, sauce, pizza, antipasto preparation, and handling of Italian ingredients. * Proper understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food hygiene. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Organization, agility, and responsibility in assigned tasks. Main Responsibilities: * Assist in food preparation and setup. * Perform mise en place according to service requirements. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen area. * Support production and dispatch processes. * Comply with company-established quality and presentation standards. Employment Conditions: * Contract type: Service provision * Salary: $ 1\.750\.905\+ statutory benefits \+ Bonus * Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM; Fridays and Saturdays from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM; Day off: Tuesday * Workplace: Cali, LA LEYENDA MALL, located next to the Babilla Lake, Ciudad Jardin.
