In this role, you will be assigned to different work areas as needed to ensure production goals are met, support the production of quality products, and maximize yield while following all safety policies and regulations. **Schedule:** Rotating. **Key Accountabilities** ------------------------ **Position Responsibilities:** * Performs specific assigned tasks repetitively, which may require physical effort and/or concentration, meeting specified requirements for Quality, Safety, Security, and others. * Tasks require the use of tools and/or manual-operated machinery. * Prepares inputs, tools, and equipment to supply and initiate departmental processes. * Distributes product to different process operations. * Reports traffic incidents during work-related travel. * Participates in road safety and Lifesaver training sessions. * Complies with the organization's commitment to follow legislation and organizational road safety guidelines. * Responsible for timely and truthful reporting of personal health conditions. * Knows and complies with corporate regulations. * Takes care of and maintains optimal conditions of products, equipment, and facilities. * Performs cleaning and disinfection tasks on plant utensils and facilities. **Qualifications** ------------------ **Minimum Qualifications:** * Must be at least 18 years old. * Completed primary education or higher. * Ability to read and write in Spanish without difficulty. * Ability to lift up to 12.5 kilograms for women and 25 kilograms for men, with or without reasonable accommodations. * Ability to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or different shifts, with prior notice. * Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor conditions that may include heat up to 36°C and cold down to -18°C. * Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing stairs, kneeling, crouching, or twisting safely, with or without reasonable accommodation. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience working in a production environment or plant. **Please attach the following documents to your application:** Complete resume: resume, copy of identification, educational certificates, employment certifications, or personal recommendations.
