With timeless style and legendary service, Four Seasons is shaping Cartagena’s new cultural focal point. **About the Role** The Steward is responsible for the cleaning, maintenance, and disinfection of china, glassware, silverware, and kitchen equipment, in accordance with production requirements and quality standards, maintaining a safe working environment. **What You’ll Do** * Wash and disinfect china, glassware, and silverware using the dishwashing machine; load and unload dishes and cutlery from the dishwashing machine and store them properly. * Clean and disinfect all ovens, steam kettles, mixers, and other kitchen equipment, as well as all drains, sinks, floors, and walls in the kitchen; clean, dust, sweep, mop, polish, scrub, wash, strip, and polish kitchen and pastry production areas and corridors. * Clean and disinfect all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using appropriate cleaning and rinsing solutions. * Set up, clean, and safely operate the silver polishing machine to clean, polish, sort, and transport silverware according to a daily or weekly schedule; place damaged or excessively worn pieces in a designated area for repair. * Safely use and store all compounds, chemicals, and cleaning materials, including soaking solutions, while wearing appropriate protective clothing. **Requirements:** * High school diploma (preferred) * Minimum 6 months of experience as a Steward * Ability to properly operate, maintain, and clean the dishwashing machine, sinks, floor-cleaning equipment, and silver polishing machine. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Indefinite-term contract * Excellent training and development opportunities * Complimentary accommodation at other Four Seasons hotels and resorts * Complimentary laundry service for employee uniforms * Complimentary meals for employees **Schedule** Full-time
