We are seeking an ADMINISTRATIVE APPRENTICE. This position aims to contribute to operational order within the Finance and Human Talent areas, supporting the execution of administrative processes, document control, and activity tracking to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. The candidate must be eligible to begin the practical training phase. Education and Training Technical or technological student in Administrative Management, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Finance, Human Talent Management, or related fields. Interest in strengthening knowledge related to administrative, financial, and human talent processes. Technical Knowledge Basic knowledge of administrative, financial, and human talent processes. Basic or intermediate proficiency in office tools such as Excel, Word, Google Sheets, Google Drive, email, and collaborative platforms like Teams. Ability to organize information in databases, control files, and administrative reports. Basic knowledge of document management and handling of administrative information. Responsibilities Support in administrative processes within the Finance and Human Talent areas. Support in recruitment processes when required. Organization and updating of documents, accounting records, and employee files. Tracking of administrative processes across both areas. Tracking of internal requests, pending items, and assigned activities. Updating of databases, control files, and administrative information. Support in tracking updates related to human talent and financial processes. Compliance with deadlines, guidelines, and internal procedures. Timely communication with involved areas to ensure process traceability. Ability to track internal processes and monitor the status of assigned activities. Ability to review administrative information, supporting documents, records, and files prior to processing. Ability to maintain organized physical or digital databases and files, ensuring traceability and ease of access. Communication Skills Ability to communicate clearly, respectfully, and promptly with colleagues, leaders, and internal teams. Ability to express questions, progress updates, pending items, or updates verbally and in writing.
