Locations: * Medellín and Metropolitan Area * Colombian Caribbean Coast * Pasto and neighboring municipalities Main Responsibilities: * Prospect and develop new clients. * Manage commercial relationships and provide specialized advisory services. * Achieve sales targets and commercial growth objectives. * Conduct commercial visits and follow up with clients. * Identify business opportunities in the market. Requirements: * Experience in sales, commercial advisory, or business development. * Excellent negotiation and customer service skills. * Goal- and KPI-oriented mindset. * Proactive attitude and willingness to work in the field. * Preferred experience in hardware, paint, finishing, construction, or renovation sectors.
