At Rapsodia, we are looking for an E\-Commerce Assistant to join our El Tesoro team and support the growth of our online store. What will you do? You will be part of the team that ensures every order reaches our customers correctly. Your role will be critical in delivering a thoughtful shopping experience, consistent with the brand’s quality and style. Your main responsibilities will include: * Assembling orders placed through the online store. * Verifying that each order matches the customer’s request. * Packing products according to the brand’s standards. * Managing and dispatching orders via assigned courier/logistics providers. * Monitoring and updating e\-commerce inventory. * Identifying and reporting stock shortages, discrepancies, or issues. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in your designated area. * Collaborating with the team during peak demand periods. Requirements Availability to work full-time (8 hours per day), Monday through Sunday, with one weekly day off and rotating shifts. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in e\-commerce, logistics, warehouse operations, or other operational tasks. Basic computer skills. An organized, detail-oriented, and responsible profile.
