Leadership in evacuations and assistance to people We are seeking a building concierge in Cartagena. A Basic General Education or ESO diploma, intermediate-level computer skills, experience in similar positions, and knowledge of occupational risk prevention (PRL), quality, and environmental matters are valued. Priority will be given to candidates with a disability certificate of 33% or higher, or a permanent incapacity resolution. Responsibilities include securing and controlling building access, monitoring the proper operation of condominium equipment, receiving correspondence, and leading evacuations in case of emergencies, while supporting other individuals. **Part-time schedule offered:** Saturdays from 14:00 to 22:00 and Sundays from 12:00 to 20:00\. The contract is temporary.
