Job Summary: Civil Works Assistant supporting the foreman in various activities, handling materials, maintaining order, and performing specialized construction tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Direct assistance to the foreman in construction activities. 2. Material handling and maintaining order at the site. 3. Performing specialized civil works under supervision. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF CIVIL WORKS ASSISTANT A. Work under the foreman's instructions B. Assist the foreman with specific tasks being carried out C. Perform loading, unloading, and preparation of materials, tools, and equipment, and ensure their safety and proper care D. Conduct cleaning and order maintenance shifts at the worksite E. Use assigned resources appropriately for the job (materials, tools, equipment, etc.) F. Participate in company support groups if selected G. Comply with company guidelines (quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental protection) H. Perform specialized civil works including preliminary works, foundations, concrete structures, masonry, flooring, roofing, hydraulic and sanitary installations, drywall finishing, painting, etc., under the supervision of a master builder or responsible technician.
