Position Objective Provide comprehensive advisory services to customers throughout the motorcycle, accessory, and service purchasing process, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and fulfillment of the company's commercial objectives. Main Responsibilities * Advise customers on motorcycle, accessory, and service portfolios. * Identify customer needs and offer the best purchasing alternative. * Manage motorcycle sales and complementary products. * Follow up with potential customers and strengthen customer loyalty. * Manage financing processes, documentation, and necessary procedures for sales. * Achieve established commercial performance indicators and sales targets. * Maintain up-to-date customer information in company systems. * Ensure order, display, and proper presentation of the sales showroom. * Participate in commercial activities, campaigns, and events organized by the company.
