Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Digital Analyst to execute digital strategies, marketing campaigns, and online store management. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of CRM and advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta and Google. 2. Management of virtual store on Shopify and database segmentation. 3. We are looking for our next **Digital Analyst** to join our team at our main office in Rionegro. What will you do with us? \- Execute and send CRM campaigns (email marketing, SMS, WhatsApp) according to the commercial calendar.\- Set up, launch, and monitor paid campaigns on advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).\- Manage the virtual store on Shopify: product uploads, content updates, banners, collections, and pricing.\- Segment databases to activate digital campaigns with the right audience.\- Support daily e\-commerce operations and ensure each campaign launches on time and is executed properly.\- Conduct basic performance tracking for each campaign and report results to the team. What are we looking for in you?\- Professional or technical/technologist degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Communication, Advertising, or related fields.\- Prior experience executing digital campaigns (CRM, email marketing and/or ads) and/or managing an online store.\- Intermediate Excel proficiency — mandatory.\- Preferred: experience setting up campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads.\- Preferred: Shopify expertise (product uploads, content editing, collections).\- Organized, detail-oriented individual with strong commitment to timelines and enthusiasm for driving results.
