Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced garment operator skilled in flatbed, overlock, and collar stand machines, with expertise in handling elastic fabrics and meticulous attention to detail for complete garment production. Key Highlights: 1. Advanced operation of flatbed, overlock, and collar stand machines. 2. Experience with elastic and soft fabrics. 3. Attention to detail and quality standards in garment manufacturing. A garment operator with experience in flatbed, overlock, and collar stand machines is required (PLEASE APPLY ONLY if you operate all three machines). A practical test will be conducted. Required experience includes: \* Handling elastic and soft (lycra-based) fabrics — MANDATORY. \* Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards, including seam quality control. \* Complete garment production, ensuring product accuracy and quality. \* Manufacturing women's apparel (e.g., pants, blouses, bodysuits, tops, etc.) as complete garments. \* Knowledge of and ability to handle fabric pattern cutting. \* Assistance in finishing and manual operations. \* Collaboration with the team to achieve production targets. \* Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM. \* Location: Centro Internacional, Calle 26 at Carrera 13. Contract Type: Service Provision Agreement. Salary: $2\.300\.000 Workplace: On-site employment
