Secure Recruitment Policies will be implemented prior to confirming any hiring. 1\. Maintain the maintenance workshop in an orderly and clean condition. 2\. Keep tools and work equipment in good condition, ensuring they remain orderly and clean. 3\. Conduct periodic inspections of tools, infrastructure, and green zones of the Institution (according to the schedule), reporting findings to the immediate supervisor for the formulation of action plans. 4\. Support external service providers performing maintenance on the Institution’s equipment. 5\. Respond effectively and as promptly as possible to preventive and corrective maintenance requests. 6\. Collaborate with the immediate supervisor to develop work schedules that efficiently address the Institution’s infrastructure and equipment maintenance needs.7\. Timely submit requests to the immediate supervisor for spare parts or maintenance supplies. 8\. Optimize supplies and materials used for maintenance tasks. 9\. Manage and execute the Institution’s logistical support requests. 10\. Properly wear personal protective equipment and the Institutional uniform during working hours. 11\. Optimize cleaning supplies and equipment used in order and cleaning processes. 12\. Ensure proper use and condition of work equipment, requesting replacements when necessary.
