Prepare and/or assemble products, ensuring adherence to standard recipes, cutting specifications, and assembly guidelines as per customer requirements. a. Ensure implementation and compliance with activities outlined in the production schedule sheet. b. Prepare cold, hot, or other services specified in the Production Order for institutional clients, flight crews, or domestic and international passengers. c. Perform hot and cold assemblies according to client manual specifications (portion sizes, presentation, and quality). d. Verify the cold room storage conditions for raw materials and in-process products to support production planning. e. Conduct pre-preparation of raw materials as directed by the Production Supervisor. f. Ensure food items prepared for assembly meet required portion sizes and established preparation standards. g. Complete HACCP records to ensure proper compliance. h. Monitor BPM standards, complete temperature recording forms during the assigned shift, and provide real-time information. i. Use area equipment properly, following user manuals and recommendations provided by the supplier and/or Maintenance Department. j. Work according to the assigned VPS (Variable Production Schedule), fulfill it completely, and submit the completed form to the Area Supervisor at the end of the shift. k.
