Ensure efficiency, quality, and delivery compliance **Operations Leader** * **Indefinite-term contract** * **Tuesday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM \+ 2 Sundays per month paid as additional salary** * **Salary negotiable within range \+ extralegal allowance \+ social benefits** **Description** We are seeking a leader to direct daily parcel and courier operations, supervise a team of more than 20 people, and ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery compliance. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating processes, managing payroll incidents, and maintaining constant communication with clients. **Requirements** * Technician or professional degree in Logistics or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience leading similar operations. * Proficiency in **Excel and office productivity tools**. * Knowledge of **Bogotá’s zoning system**. * Leadership, planning, and effective communication skills. * Professional appearance and service orientation. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise daily operations. * Receive, validate, and distribute orders. * Monitor couriers and ensure delivery compliance. * Manage payroll incidents (absences, leave requests, overtime). * Prepare operational reports.
