Maintenance Assistant Work Location: Bogotá Willingness to travel to Medellín, Cali, and Barranquilla as required by operations. What will be your mission? Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on equipment installed at our customers’ facilities, ensuring their proper operation, service quality, and an excellent experience for our customers. ✅ What do we expect from you? High school diploma or technical degree in Facility Maintenance, Hydraulic Maintenance, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in facility maintenance, hydraulic maintenance, or equipment maintenance. Knowledge of plumbing, hydraulic installations, manual and electric tools (e.g., drill), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Willingness to travel within Bogotá and to other cities (Medellín, Cali, and Barranquilla) as required by operations. Fixed-term employment contract, renewable based on performance. Salary: 1\.850\.000 Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:48 p.m. Willingness to work some Saturdays as required by operations. Non-statutory bonus of $200\.000 starting from the fourth month. Communication allowance. Monthly payments.
