Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and organized Maintenance Assistant to ensure the optimal operation of hotel facilities and equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure optimal operation of hotel facilities and equipment. 2. Support preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. 3. Perform basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry work. We are looking for a **Maintenance Assistant** to work in the northern part of the city, who is committed, organized, and demonstrates leadership, ensuring optimal operation of hotel facilities and equipment while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and service. Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the hotel, ensuring preservation of infrastructure, equipment, and common areas, and supporting efficient hotel operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Support **preventive and corrective maintenance** activities for facilities. * Perform basic **plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry** work. * Conduct periodic inspections of areas, equipment, and facilities to identify **failures or damages**. * Promptly report any incidents or malfunctions. * Carry out minor repairs in guest rooms, common areas, and operational zones. * Support the **assembly, relocation, and adaptation of furniture and equipment**. * Maintain **tools, equipment, and the work area** in orderly and good condition. * Comply with **safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE)** requirements. * Support the management of **inventory of supplies and spare parts**. * Complete basic **maintenance forms or reports**, as required. * Provide support to other departments when requested, within the scope of one's competencies. * Contribute to the **good condition and appearance** of facilities. **Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Attention to detail. * Problem-solving ability. * Effective communication. * Responsibility and commitment. **Salary** To be agreed upon, based on experience **Position Type:** Full-time Position Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Do you have experience working in hotels?
