Sales Job ID: 75998 Bogota, CO (On\-Site) Permanent About the Role: Manage product availability, display, and assortment at assigned points of sale within the LADM Cluster (Colombia), ensuring compliance with My Perfect Store specifications, quality and freshness policies, execution of targeted visits, and proper product rotation according to the channel’s commercial and trade marketing plan. Main Responsibilities: * Implement Company fundamentals (assortment, availability, visibility, and pricing). * Ensure compliance with FEFO (First Entry, First Out) policy to monitor product freshness. * Achieve sell-out sales targets for the assigned territory (POS). * Adhere to the scheduled visit plan for assigned points of sale loaded in the My Perfect Store platform, ensuring all assigned stores are visited. * Report on the Company’s and competitors’ commercial activities in the field, as well as proper adherence to selling conditions, agreements, and price trends. * Complete all surveys loaded in the MC1 application each time a point of sale is visited. * Verify physical inventory during each visit by comparing it with the inventory recorded in the point-of-sale system, minimizing replenishment impact caused by discrepancies between actual and theoretical stock. * Verify that additional shelf space and displays negotiated under agreement are implemented at the point of sale, while also pursuing new product visibility opportunities. About You: High school graduate, technical, technological, or university degree holder (currently studying acceptable) in administrative fields.
