Position Summary: Data Analyst responsible for calculating, validating, and automating commission schemes, ensuring data integrity and traceability through the use of analytical tools. Generates reports and dashboards for reviewing commission settlements. **Job Description** ---------------------- Analyze, calculate, and validate commission schemes based on reliable data, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and consistency. Build and execute calculation models for commission settlements derived from sales, premiums, and policy durations. Analyze, cleanse, and validate data sources used in settlement processes. Implement business rules, exceptions, and adjustments within data models, ensuring their correct application. Validate results through cross-checks, reconciliations, and total controls to ensure data integrity. Automate calculation and validation processes using analytical tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI, Python, or others). Generate datasets, reports, and dashboards supporting the review and approval of commission settlements. Analyze discrepancies, claims, or deviations in commissions, identifying root causes from the data. Document assumptions, rules, transformations, and versions of settlement models for auditing and traceability.
