A healthcare-sector company seeks an Occupational Health and Safety Technician for its team \- Bogotá Academic level: Occupational Health and Safety Technician Experience: Minimum one (1\) year of experience in Occupational Health and Safety, preferably within the healthcare sector, including involvement in processes related to Quality Management, Patient Safety, and implementation of the Integrated Waste Management Plan for Healthcare Services (PGIRASA). Responsibilities: · Document Management: Support operational administration of the institutional document management application, ensuring proper uploading, classification, coding, updating, and control of documentation for Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems; verifying document validity and approval status, ensuring traceability of changes and version control, tracking review timelines, generating periodic reports on document status, guaranteeing backup and proper organization of electronic records, and providing basic user support for system usage." · Indicator Monitoring: Consolidate and organize necessary information for calculating and monitoring indicators of the Quality Management, Environmental Management, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, ensuring timely upload of evidence and supporting documents into the institutional document management application, and assisting in preparing periodic reports (monthly or quarterly) to enable performance analysis and decision-making regarding management system effectiveness." · Occupational Health and Safety Management System: Support operational implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System by updating records in the institutional digital application, participating in site inspections and documenting findings, consolidating information related to occupational incidents and accidents, tracking action plans arising from investigations, and controlling and organizing the digital archive for training sessions, active breaks, workstation assessments, occupational medical examinations, and hazard identification and risk assessment matrices." · Environmental Management System: Support implementation of the Environmental Management System by digitally recording and controlling evidence related to the Integrated Waste Management Plan, monitoring water and energy consumption and proper waste disposal, timely uploading of environmental reports into the institutional application, and field verification of compliance with good environmental practices, ensuring appropriate supporting documentation and traceability within the system." · Training and Awareness: Support delivery of training and awareness activities for staff and users on Quality Management, Environmental Management, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems through logistical coordination, dissemination of institutional procedures and guidelines when required, and consolidation and control of attendance lists, evaluations, and evidence to ensure traceability and compliance with training activities." · Risk Management: Support strengthening institutional risk identification and management by timely registering identified risks in the institutional application, tracking implementation and effectiveness of established controls, and consolidating periodic reports to facilitate analysis and decision-making during senior management reviews concerning patient safety and occupational health and safety."
