REQUIREMENTS Technical or technological degree in Systems, Telecommunications, or related fields. Advanced knowledge of office automation support, microcomputing, laptop support, PCs, printers, multifunction devices, antivirus software, operating systems, and remote management systems. Preventive and corrective maintenance; hardware- and software-level configurations for PCs, laptops, printers, and multifunction devices. Basic knowledge of networks and telecommunications.
