Based in Bogotá El Dorado, this is a hybrid position requiring at least three days per week in the office. As an **Operations Analyst**, you will play a crucial role in the operations area. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Preparing and tracking insurance policy issuance requests, ensuring the quality and accuracy of information for correct issuance with insurance companies, and requesting invoices from the accounting department. * Rigorously validating supporting documents and documentation to guarantee the integrity and authenticity of each transaction processed, ensuring compliance with audit standards. * Ensuring adherence to response timeframes and timely closure of each process. * Maintaining consistent and effective communication with internal departments such as finance, collections, commissions, claims, and commercial teams. * Participating in service meetings with commercial teams to align processes and improve service quality. * Receiving and registering surety bond documentation, verifying issuance and invoices, and ensuring their accurate registration in the internal system for billing. **What do you need?** * University student or graduate * Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance * Preferably in General Insurance * Excel: Pivot tables **What makes you stand out?** Analytical Customer-oriented Adaptable to change Teamwork and collaboration Marsh Risk is a business of Marsh (NYSE: MRSH), a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, advising clients in 130 countries.
