At Marsh, we invite you to join our HBB/BYE Implementation team, where you will have the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment. This position, based in Bogotá, reports to teams in Mexico and follows a hybrid work model that combines the best of in-office and remote work (3 days in the office and 2 at home). **What will you do as an HBB Analyst?** You will be a key contributor to the efficient implementation and management of new and renewal policies, analyzing complex documentation and ensuring quality and timeliness throughout each process. Your responsibilities will include: * Ensuring timely and accurate implementation of new and renewal policies in the policy administration system (Back and Front), including client configurations, policies, plans, insured lists, endorsements, and coverages—applying critical thinking and attention to detail * Supporting quality and technical validations and corrections to deliver comprehensive service to internal and external clients. * Contributing to the resolution of second-level technical and operational issues, demonstrating leadership and the ability to follow up and execute tests when required. * Actively contributing to meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and the Operations team’s objectives. * Strengthening relationships with clients and internal teams while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant insurance legislation to comply with internal policies and company performance standards. **What are we looking for in you?** * Technical, technological, or professional education related to insurance, administration, or related fields, with a focus on systems * Ability to operate systems * Experience in production and handling complex documentation, with capacity to independently resolve intermediate-to-advanced operational problems with leadership and autonomy. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel and technological tools for data analysis, including databases, information cross-referencing, and macros. * Strong communication skills to clearly and effectively convey findings, reports, and recommendations. **What will set you apart:** * Results-oriented mindset, committed to improving operational efficiency and achieving goals. * Analytical capability to interpret large volumes of data and identify improvement opportunities. * Adaptability and flexibility to changes in processes, technologies, and priorities. * Teamwork across diverse teams and departments, along with attention to detail to ensure quality and prevent errors. * Intermediate level of English language proficiency, desirable. **Why choose Marsh?** * We offer you a space to amplify your talent with real opportunities for professional growth, challenging projects, and leaders who inspire and support your development. * We foster an inclusive and collaborative culture where innovation and teamwork make the difference, creating a positive impact on clients, colleagues, and communities. * Our global presence opens doors to a broad range of professional opportunities, as well as benefits and programs designed for your holistic wellbeing.
