POSITION PURPOSE Execute, supervise, and control the processes of preparation, packaging, storage, and documentation of magistral preparations, ensuring compliance with current regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Good Preparation Practices (GPP). MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Comply with and ensure compliance with Pharmaceutical Service regulations, GPP, and INVIMA guidelines. Guarantee the correct manufacturing of magistral preparations according to medical prescriptions, approved formulas, and standardized procedures. Manufacture of non-sterile magistral preparations Manufacture magistral preparations in pharmaceutical dosage forms: * Liquids and solutions * Emulsions and suspensions * Creams, gels, and ointments * Perform the following activities: * Dispensing of raw materials * Mixing, homogenization, and dispersion * Filling, packaging, and labeling * Strictly follow assigned magistral formulas and manufacturing orders * Magistral preparations containing cannabis derivatives * Report and document deviations, non-conformities, and events affecting quality * Support internal and external audits (INVIMA) * Ensure compliance with order, hygiene, cleanliness, and biosafety requirements in production areas. **REQUIRED PROFILE** **Academic Qualifications Required** * **Pharmacy Regent Technician (formal degree)** * **Pharmaceutical Chemist / Professional License** Required Experience General: 1 year in pharmaceutical product manufacturing processes, Pharmaceutical Services, hospital pharmacy, or controlled processes (receiving, storage, dispensing, preparations). **Specific: 6 months in manufacturing processes involving:** * **Batch/production order records, labeling, and traceability** * **Standardized cleaning and disinfection** * **Preparation of magistral preparations** * **Documentation and traceability management** Desirable: Prior experience in magistral preparations, cannabis-related preparations, or centralized mixing facilities.
