Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive psychologist to deliver training and organizational interventions, promoting occupational well-being and personal and organizational development. Focus on mental health and psychosocial risk factors We are a company operating in Bogotá and the Sabana region, specializing in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) services. With over 12 years of experience, we provide comprehensive solutions to organizations across diverse sectors. We are currently seeking a psychologist to support the delivery of training and organizational interventions under a service provision arrangement. We seek a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, group facilitation abilities, and service orientation, who can contribute—through their professional expertise—to activities focused on occupational well-being and organizational strengthening. Main Responsibilities: Deliver training sessions, workshops, and group activities for workers from various organizations. Conduct interventions related to mental health, occupational well-being, psychosocial risk factors, and other topics within the field of psychology. Foster learning environments that strengthen personal and organizational development. Prepare supporting materials and reports corresponding to conducted activities. Adhere to the organization’s schedule and established guidelines. Requirements: Psychology degree holder. Minimum one (1) year of experience in training, education, or group interventions. Strong communication, group facilitation, leadership, and service orientation skills. Willingness and ability to travel within Bogotá and municipalities of the Sabana region. We Offer: Service provision contract. Hourly rate: To be agreed upon based on academic background and professional experience. Availability Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., depending on scheduling. Occasional Saturday availability from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Work location: Bogotá and the Sabana region. Work location: On-site employment
