We are currently seeking a **Warehouse Associate** with the skills to manage logistical operations, control inventories, and ensure the warehouse operates correctly according to the company’s quality and efficiency standards. What will be your mission? Manage receiving, storage, dispatch, and return processes for raw materials and finished goods, ensuring inventory reliability, compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and smooth logistical operations flow. Main Responsibilities: * Control receiving, storage, dispatch, and return processes for goods. * Ensure compliance with inventory policies and established procedures. * Manage and monitor inventory using WMS systems and technological tools. * Supervise the logistical flow to ensure operational continuity. * Conduct audits of incoming and outgoing goods, as well as cyclic and general inventory audits. * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) during product storage. * Maintain warehouse order, organization, and reliability. Requirements Academic Background * Technical or Technologist degree in: * Logistics. * Warehouse Management. * Administrative fields. * Related disciplines. Experience * Minimum **2 years (24 months)** in similar positions. * Experience in manufacturing or mass-consumption companies. * Experience managing cyclic and general inventories. * Experience auditing incoming and outgoing goods. * Proficiency in logistics software. Technical Knowledge * Warehouse management and inventory control. * Proficiency in **WMS (Warehouse Management System)** and ERP systems. * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Warehouse layout and organization. Additional Requirement **For Cali city:** Valid **forklift operator certification or course**. Working Conditions **Contract Type:** Project-based or service contract. **Salary:** **$1\.750\.905** \+ overtime pay \+ legal transportation allowance \+ all statutory social benefits. **Work Schedule:** Rotating 8-hour shifts, Sunday to Sunday, with one compensatory day off during the week.
