It ensures maintenance, cleaning, upkeep, and operation of infrastructure while overseeing investment operations and construction works. Committed to rigorous heritage management and optimized energy control, the DCGRP strives for sustainable, high-performing, and environmentally respectful heritage. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will manage inventory of construction materials, cleaning products, and tools. Your responsibilities: * Prepare cleaning product orders according to a precise schedule and purchase order; * Create stock purchase requests; * Monitor stock levels using inventory management software (CARL TOUCH); * Update logistics data in the management software (minimum and maximum order thresholds, automatic reordering); * Receive, inspect, and record deliveries (occasionally collect orders from local suppliers and manage stock inflows and outflows — product traceability via DI number \= site number); * Handle delivery disputes in coordination with the Purchasing Department; * Serve various departments and services at the warehouse counter; * Track and monitor all provided tools: manage equipment loans; * Conduct periodic and annual inventories; * Ensure cleanliness of all warehouses. ### **Profile** You hold a CAP/BAC Pro qualification in logistics and have relevant professional experience. You are proficient with digital tools (CMMS software, spreadsheets, etc.). You possess a valid Class B driver’s license and authorizations to operate material handling equipment. Available, meticulous, organized, and methodical, you demonstrate strong responsibility and enjoy teamwork. Organized and methodical, you can manage priorities in a dynamic environment while ensuring compliance with safety rules and internal procedures. You are reactive and proactive in resolving operational unforeseen events promptly.
