Product line knowledge and sales We invite you to apply for the position of INTEGRAL ADVISOR\-FURNITURE AND MATTRESS SALES ASSOCIATE / TECHNOLOGY AND HOME APPLIANCE SALES ASSOCIATE / CITY (IBAGUÉ) and join our great Flamingo Stores family. **Job Mission**: You will be responsible for store sales and for properly meeting projected sales and credit targets. **Responsibilities**: * Product line knowledge and sales to provide appropriate customer counseling. * Guiding customers through the showroom and assisting them in making the best decision when selecting their furniture. * Meeting the assigned budget for each store. * Performing cross-selling by offering customers alternative or complementary products to those they are already purchasing. * Processing exchanges, cancellations, or managing warranties according to company processes and procedures. * Opening or closing the store in accordance with company policies and procedures (key custody). * Safeguarding and verifying inventory at the beginning and end of each day for all products held in the store. **Requirements**: * High school diploma with technical knowledge in sales and service, marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, credit processes, and inventory management. * Proficiency in office tools (basic knowledge of Word and Excel). * Commercial skills and customer service orientation. * Full-time availability (including weekends). **IMPORTANT**: * Work schedule runs Sunday to Sunday, with one day off per week. * Rotating shifts (store opening or closing), depending on the specific store. * **SCHEDULE**: FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY Workplace: On-site employment
