A leading company in the sector is currently seeking a **Collection Operations Coordinator**, with **a minimum of one (1) year of experience** in collections. ***Job Description:*** * Upload the work plan—provided by the Operations Management department—into the system; in exceptional cases, define this work plan. * Continuously accompany collection agents to ensure they perform activities correctly and in accordance with company-established standards. (Field observation) * Initiate collection agents’ activities upon system loading of information. * Monitor key indicators (e.g., number of calls, payment agreements, etc.). * In exceptional cases (only and strictly when necessary), join calls with collection agents to ensure calm communication and reach mutually beneficial agreements. ***Required Knowledge:*** * Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency * Data analysis * Personnel management **What We Offer:** We provide job stability through an indefinite-term employment contract.
