CorporateDescription OrganizationDescription Qualifications Responsibilities **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Organize vessel, port, and cargo operations in accordance with local regulations/standards and safety/protection procedures. * Track shipments to ensure all containers are loaded as booked. * Verify information at the terminal and in Hapag-Lloyd systems against actual documentation and cargo risk indicators. * Provide forecasts to terminals and vessel planners regarding outgoing cargo. * Prepare, coordinate, and supervise transshipment activities. * Ensure vessels are loaded and discharged in a timely manner. * Serve as the initial point of contact for claims, notifying relevant parties about damaged equipment/cargo and arranging inspections. * Prepare dangerous goods manifests and collect dangerous goods dock receipts; dangerous goods dock receipts are combined with information contained in the booking. * Provide a terminal departure report to vessel planners after sailing. * Maintain all vessel arrival and departure information as required. * Validate storage invoices, monitor refrigerated containers, and verify terminal costs. * Reconcile vessel cargo bookings against cut-off dates to prevent terminal discrepancies. * Organize and provide cost estimates for special shipments (e.g., out-of-gauge, stowage, lashing, security). * Resolve terminal booking issues, update the system, and assist customers and drivers with problems.
