Job Summary: Data analyst responsible for preparing daily, monthly, and annual reports, organizing and validating information for operational tracking and decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of daily, monthly, and annual reports for management. 2. Analysis and organization of data for operational tracking. 3. Key support in the company's strategic decision-making. Data Analyst: Responsible for preparing daily, monthly, and annual reports based on data extracted from the company's internal systems, performing information organization, validation, and analysis in Excel, Power BI, or other software, and generating reports oriented toward operational tracking and decision-making support. 1\. Extract TIBCO strips and enter strip data into the Sales Excel file (Daily). 2\. Extract the sold units product report from the system (Daily) and import it into Power BI for organization. Download the Excel file to populate the report database; print the report daily for submission to management. 3\. On weekends, prepare the weekend report for the same period last year. 4\. Monthly and annual reports: Extract the TIBCO report for units. From TIBCO, obtain the invoiced value from Rappi and Didi, and the amounts from debit cards, credit cards, cash, bank deposits, and the web portal. 5\. Generate hourly sales reports and verify them against the overall sales report. 6\. At month-end, generate hourly sales reports, broken down by day and branch. 7\. Upload staff schedules to an Excel file and send each person their individual schedule. Work Location: On-site employment
