Strengthen existing customers and develop new business National Commercial Director | Automotive Parts Sector **Do you have experience leading commercial teams and turning sales strategies into profitable growth?** An importer of **multi-brand vehicle spare parts** is looking to hire a **Commercial Director** to take on the challenge of leading the national commercial strategy and elevating the business to the next level of growth. What will be your challenge? Lead the sales strategy, ensure achievement of commercial objectives, and develop a high-performance team, with focus on: * Profitable and sustainable growth. * Sales and collection targets. * Profitability and portfolio management. * Market expansion and coverage. * Strengthening existing customers and developing new business. * Coaching and productivity of the commercial team. We seek a leader with **5 or more years of experience** leading commercial teams and managing regional or national sales strategies. Experience in **automotive parts, wholesale distribution, hardware stores, tires, lubricants, batteries, vehicle leasing, or related businesses** is especially valued. Strong analytical skills to interpret sales, profitability, collection, portfolio, coverage, and productivity metrics are essential, as well as **advanced Excel proficiency** and willingness to travel nationwide.
