It ensures maintenance, cleaning, upkeep, and operation of infrastructure while overseeing investment operations and construction works. Under the supervision of the Team Leader, you ensure the maintenance and operation of electrical and IT installations in communal buildings, carry out repairs, inspections, restorations, and compliance actions as required. Your responsibilities: Work and repairs on electrical installations and networks in communal buildings: * Prioritize interventions on malfunctions reported by users (electrical issues, emergency lighting, fire alarms) * Carry out work on low-voltage and high-voltage installations and equipment (IT network sockets, patch panels, electrical outlets, lighting) * Perform cabling for lighting management automation systems and verify input/output consistency in coordination with the building supervision team * Carry out necessary operations for technical system operation under the St Pierre contract and report any malfunctions to other municipal services * Update on-site electrical diagrams * Know how to perform lockout/tagout procedures when required. Ensure maintenance, inspection, and repair of fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, HTA/LV substations, and certain uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) in communal buildings: * Perform preventive maintenance on fire safety and emergency lighting equipment and sign the safety register * Follow the UPS and festive event distribution board maintenance schedule * Support contractors during preventive maintenance of HTA/LV substations and perform Level 1 maintenance * Assist inspection offices during periodic verification of electrical installations and address identified observations. Your role and operational responsibilities: * Apply and verify safety standards applicable to electrical installations in public and workplace buildings * Transmit updated electrical diagrams to the operations officer * Report interventions to management (actions taken, quality, materials used, timelines, issues encountered), inform them of the status of installations, and propose improvements * Fulfill periodic on-call duties with other team members on a rotating basis * Occasionally undertake other missions within the sector. ### **Profile** * You hold a CAP, BEP (with experience), or BAC Pro qualification in electrotechnology or electrical installation maintenance (beginners accepted). * You master relevant electrical installation standards and understand fire safety principles in public and workplace buildings. * You possess thorough knowledge of working methods and safety rules in the electrical field. * You hold a Class B driving license and minimum electrical authorization: B2V, BR, BC, H1V (H2V, HC would be an advantage).
