Job Summary: We are seeking a Freelance Full Stack Developer to resume, complete, and publish existing mobile application projects with autonomy and proactivity. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for growth in more complex projects We are **Mente Nueva Marketing**, a digital marketing and technology development agency with over 10 years in the market, focused on clients in the United States and Latin America. We are looking for a **Freelance Full Stack Developer** with solid experience in mobile application development, capable of taking over already-initiated projects, independently understanding them, and bringing them to publication without relying on documentation from the previous developer. **THE CHALLENGE** We currently have **two mobile application projects** underway that need to be finalized and published: * **Project 1:** An application with existing database and code progress. Requires full review of the current state, bug fixing, completion, and publication on **Google Play Store and Apple App Store**. * **Project 2:** An application in preparation for publication on the **Apple App Store**. Requires end-to-end management of the Apple Developer publishing process. The developer handling these projects **must read, understand, and advance them independently**. There will be no mentoring from the previous developer. We seek someone who views this as a professional challenge—not an obstacle. **REQUIREMENTS** * Proven experience in mobile application development (Android and iOS). * Proficiency in technologies such as **React Native, Flutter, Kotlin, Swift**, or similar. * Experience managing **databases** (Firebase, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar). * Ability to resume existing projects without guidance from the previous developer. * Experience publishing on **Google Play Console and Apple App Store (App Store Connect)**. * Backend knowledge (Node.js, Firebase, REST APIs, or similar). * Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented attitude. * Availability to communicate via WhatsApp and provide structured progress reports. **ADDITIONAL ASSETS** * Experience with AI-powered automations and integrations. * Familiarity with tools such as Make.com, n8n, Twilio, or similar. * History of published apps in app stores (include links or screenshots in your application). * Interest in growing within an agency team working on larger-scale projects. **CONTRACT TERMS** * **Engagement model:** Freelance service-based contract. * **Payments:** Milestone-based—payments upon delivery of defined project phases. * **Total compensation:** **$5,200,000 COP** for full delivery of both projects. * **Work arrangement:** 100% remote. * **Communication:** WhatsApp + Zoom meetings as needed. **WHAT’S NEXT?** If you successfully deliver these two projects with quality and autonomy, there is potential to join Mente Nueva Marketing’s team on a continuous basis, participating in **more complex projects, AI-driven automations, and digital product development**. **HOW TO APPLY** You may apply here on Indeed or send your resume + portfolio of published projects (especially apps available in app stores) to: **admin@mentenuevamarketing.com** **Subject line:** Full Stack Programmer – Mobile Projects *Only applications including a portfolio will be considered.
