Ensure product assortment and presentation. **Grocery Department Manager – FRUTIMAX** A major supermarket **FRUTIMAX** is seeking a **Grocery Department Manager** for its team to work in **Usaquén, Bogotá**. **Workplace:** Calle 161 \#8G – 64, San Cristóbal Norte. **Salary:** To be agreed upon \+ transportation allowance \+ overtime pay \+ statutory benefits. **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract. **Working Hours:** Sunday to Sunday, with one day off per week. Rotating shifts of 8 to 10 hours within the time frame of 7:00 a. m. to 8:30 p. m. Responsibilities * Manage and supervise grocery department operations. * Coordinate and supervise department staff. * Ensure proper product assortment, organization, and presentation. * Conduct inventory control and tracking, stock rotation, and expiration date monitoring. * Verify pricing, product display, and product condition. * Address and resolve issues related to the department.
