Join us and help deliver our portfolio to every corner! - Manage the full recruitment process for direct hires, partners, temporary staff, and SENA apprentices. - Administer personnel and documentation processes to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. - Manage and report any payroll-related incidents, overseeing regulatory compliance. - Provide attention and support to employees covered under collective agreements or pacts. - Support partners in delivering their services and completing any required procedures. - Promote and foster employee well-being through the implementation of programs and activities designed to enhance job satisfaction. - Generate and issue invoices to suppliers, ensuring proper documentation of services or products provided to employees. - Manage and organize the necessary equipment for employees to perform their duties, in accordance with current policies and regulations. - Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of their recommendations. - Exemplify KOF values and culture.
