Position Summary: We are seeking an Image and Style Advisor to deliver consultative and educational service, guiding wardrobe decisions with technical expertise and elegance, ensuring commercial objectives and customer loyalty. Growth within the men's fashion and luxury sector We are currently searching for our new Image and Style Advisor, who will deliver high-value consultative and educational service at the point of sale. Their primary role is to guide customers’ wardrobe decisions with technical expertise, elegance, and courteous treatment, ensuring both achievement of commercial objectives and long-term loyalty. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * **Customer Service and Attention:** Execute the brand’s formal service protocol by engaging customers with service-oriented, respectful, and distinguished conduct. * **Image Consulting:** Design comprehensive wardrobe proposals (*Total Look*) aligned with customers’ needs, physical features, occasion, and dress codes. * **Loyalty and After-Sales (Clienteling):** Manage and update the customer database in the system (POS/CRM) and conduct after-sales follow-up to encourage repeat purchases. * **Store Operations and Visual Merchandising:** Maintain visual standards across the point of sale, fitting rooms, and display windows, while supporting cashier operations, merchandise receiving, and inventory management. * **Commercial Management:** Achieve sales targets and commercial KPIs (conversion rate, average transaction value, and units per transaction). **Profile Requirements** * **Academic Background:** High school diploma, technical or technological degree, or university degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Fashion Design, Communications, or related fields. (Additional training in *styling*, service, or protocol is desirable.) * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of professional experience in men’s fashion retail, premium brands, aspirational luxury sectors, or personalized consultative sales. * **Key Knowledge:** * Men’s fashion and dress codes (*dress codes*). * Understanding of store-level commercial KPIs (UPT, average transaction value, conversion rate). * Proficiency with point-of-sale tools (POS / CRM). **Desired Skills and Competencies** * Assertive communication, relational elegance, and excellent personal presentation. * Attention to detail, service orientation, and commitment to excellence. * Focus on achieving commercial results. **Offer** * Fixed-term contract initially for 2 months * Salary: $1\.750\.905 \+ commissions * Schedule: Sunday to Sunday (one day off per week) Application Question(s): * Do your salary expectations align with this offer?
