Job Summary: We are seeking an HSE INSPECTOR with an excellent attitude, who is organized, diligent, and possesses strong communication skills to support accompaniment processes for high-risk tasks. Excellent attitude, organized and diligent A leading HVAC systems company located in southern Bogotá requires an **HSE INSPECTOR** for its team to support accompaniment processes for high-risk tasks; completion of work permits, ATS documents, and follow-ups; customer service aligned with assigned activities; on-site training for operational staff; and preparation of HSE reports. The ideal candidate must demonstrate an excellent attitude, be organized and diligent, possess strong communication skills, service orientation, and teamwork capabilities. **REQUIRED PROFILE:** * Technician in Occupational Safety and Health. * Valid Occupational Safety and Health (SST) license. * Valid certification for working at heights and as a height work coordinator. * 50-hour and 20-hour courses in Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems (SG-SST). * Proficiency in office tools and online platforms (Drive, email, templates, etc.). * Minimum 6 months of relevant experience. **JOB CONDITIONS:** * Fixed-term employment contract with all statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday (according to project assignment). * Work modality: On-site at construction site. * Salary: $1\.950\.000 \+ bonus \+ transportation allowance. * Bi-weekly payments. * Work location: Bogotá D.C.
