Both will perform technical support tasks, consistently delivering added value when serving corporate and executive users. The roles will be performed on-site. **Profile**: Academic background related to the position (e.g., Technical Support Technician / Telecommunications Technician / IT Technician) **Responsibilities:** * Software/hardware preparation of computer equipment for users * Preventive and/or corrective maintenance of computer equipment * Management of requirements/incidents via ITSM tool for the client * Ensuring compliance with SLAs established in the contract * Maintenance of the client’s ITAM inventory * Supporting infrastructure-related activities (software/hardware/structured cabling) * Providing on-site and/or remote support to users, as defined within the contractual scope **Requirements:** * Minimum one year of relevant experience (preferred) * Experience in service management * Proactivity and willingness to learn * Flexibility to adhere to predefined procedures * Strong communication skills * Teamwork capabilities * Customer orientation * Soft skills **Knowledge Areas:** * Preparation/configuration of computer equipment * Support for Microsoft operating systems, Office 365, and/or company-specific corporate tools * Software, hardware, and structured cabling at the telecommunications level * ITSM ticketing system * Incident/requirement management (ITSM) * Inventory control (ITAM) **PLEASE APPLY THROUGH THE FOLLOWING LINK: https://avalorachile.buk.cl/s/vLBDsVC7bDmkS3XZ** Application Question(s): * Are you available to work on a freelance basis? * Are you available to work on-site in Bogotá? * What are your salary expectations?
