Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Analyst to analyze, monitor, and optimize operational processes through data analysis, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Cross-functional Collaboration and Decision Support At Oreca Group, a food company located in the northern part of the city, we are looking for an Operations Analyst responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and optimizing operational processes through data collection and analysis, development and tracking of management indicators (KPIs), preparation of reports and dashboards, identification of improvement opportunities, and reduction of inefficiencies. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with various departments, documentation of quality management system policies, procedures, templates, and instructions, and supporting decision-making through the use of technological tools. We require a technologist or professional in related fields, with at least 2 years of experience in operational analysis or process improvement, advanced Excel skills, ERP knowledge, and data visualization tools, as well as strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and results orientation.
