Sales Advisor – Physical Store \| Medellín At **Coco Pink**, we are looking for a **Sales Advisor** for our physical store in Medellín. We seek a person with an excellent service attitude, commercial skills, and affinity for the world of beauty, makeup, and personal care. Main Responsibilities * Provide personalized customer service and advisory. * Guide customers in selecting makeup, beauty, and personal care products. * Comply with company-established customer service and sales protocols. * Support billing processes and point-of-sale operations. * Perform product restocking, organization, and display. * Assist in receiving and verifying merchandise. * Maintain the physical store organized and in optimal condition. * Support inventory management and control. * Contribute to achieving commercial goals and enhancing customer loyalty. Requirements * Minimum of **1 year of experience in sales and customer service at a physical location**. * Knowledge, interest, or experience with **beauty, makeup, and personal care products**. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Professional personal appearance. * Basic proficiency in office tools and billing systems. * Availability to work **onsite from Monday to Saturday on rotating shifts**.
