Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Service Advisor to support and accompany customers by installing equipment and training them on the proper use of cleaning and disinfection products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Advise and train customers on the use of equipment and products. 2. Perform installations and technical verifications. 3. Propose improvements to cleaning and disinfection programs. As part of our growth, we are seeking a Technical Service Advisor responsible for providing technical support and accompaniment to our customers, performing equipment installation and commissioning, and training customers on the proper use of equipment and products supplied by the company. **Requirements:** * High school diploma, or technical/vocational degree in industrial, food, chemical, laboratory, or general maintenance fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in technical advisory services and preventive/corrective maintenance, preferably for cleaning and disinfection products or equipment. * Personal vehicle (motorcycle) with up-to-date documentation. * Willingness and availability to travel. **Responsibilities:** * Train customers on the use of equipment and products. * Perform installation and verification of equipment and dilutors. * Review cleaning and disinfection programs and propose improvements. * Conduct technical visits, develop action plans, and follow up on implementation. * Prepare technical reports and record activities in the company’s platforms. * Address and channel customer requests and inquiries. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and occupational health and safety (OHS) standards during visits. **What We Offer:** * Indefinite-term employment contract directly with the company. * Base salary of $2\.019\.690 per month \+ Transportation allowance (as mandated by law) \+ Mobility allowance of $ 500\.000 per month. * Job stability. * Flexible working hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM; Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. * Opportunities for professional growth and development.
