GRODCO Ingenieros Civiles S.A.S. requires a **Construction Director** to lead the execution of the project for the **improvement and maintenance of roads located in the municipality of Riohacha, in the department of La Guajira**, ensuring technical, administrative, and contractual compliance in accordance with the requirements of the procurement process. Main responsibilities * Direct and control the overall execution of the road construction project. * Ensure compliance with scope, schedule, budget, and technical specifications. * Coordinate and supervise the technical and professional site team. * Represent the company technically before the supervision entity and the contracting authority. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations for civil works projects on roads. Mandatory requirements * **Academic qualification:** Civil Engineer and/or Transport and Road Engineer, holding a **valid professional license**. * **General experience:** At least **ten (10) years**, counted from the date of issuance of the professional license up to the closing date of the current procurement process. * **Specific (cumulative) experience:** A minimum of **seven (7) years of cumulative experience**, counted from the date of issuance of the professional license up to the closing date of the current procurement process, in **either of the following options or through the combination of both**: * Professional practice in **government entities** as an executive-level professional and/or advisor and/or manager and/or professional and/or service contractor, provided that duties performed were related to **CIVIL WORKS ON ROADS**. * Professional practice in the **private sector**, as **Construction Director and/or Supervision Director**, for projects related to **CIVIL WORKS ON ROADS**.
