Then we will get started in guided expressive art therapy. Along the session everyone is welcome to share their art and thoughts. This is a wonderful opportunity to explore your heart and connect with others through playful and creative prompts that help process your thoughts and emotions with mindfulness, body-awareness and a touch of humor. Everyone is welcome—no prior experience needed! Bring pens, paint, paper, and any art or nature materials you love.
